Description

The TOUGHBOOK 55 from Panasonic excites with its comprehensive configuration possibilities and sleek honeycomb design – particularly in the field. Its standard interfaces include LAN, Bluetooth 5.0, USB 3.1 (Type A and Type C), HDMI and optional 4G LTE and RS-232. As needed, it also offers an additional module bay for a dedicated graphics card, a second SSD and a DVD or Blu-ray drive. Via its expansion slot on the front you enhance the Toughbook with a second battery or a fingerprint reader, among others.
The battery runtime of the TOUGHBOOK 55 will also impress. The powerful 6,500 mAh lithium-ion battery provides operational readiness for up to 19 hours; with a second battery this increases to up to 38 hours. The 8th generation Intel Core i5 8365U vPro processor, the large 8 GB RAM memory and a 256 GB SSD provide good performance during the entire operation time. Operate the TOUGHBOOK 55 via a 14'' active matrix LCD with capacitive 10-finger touch technology and Windows 10 Pro 64-bit.
