It combines narrowband systems with state-of-the-art LTE/5G broadband to enhance safety through more extensive real-time data exchange and faster response times. The large, easy-to-read display operates with gloves and features a dedicated emergency button. Additionally, the 4,680 mAh battery (optional 7,000 mAh) with hot-swap functionality ensures uninterrupted workflows.
With tools specifically developed for rescue services, the FR55 offers comprehensive security. Android Strongbox protects passwords and confidential information. Zebra also ensures a tamper-proof chip for storing and processing sensitive data with Secure Element. Thanks to three integrated microphones, two speakers, support for wired and wireless headsets, and AI-based noise cancellation, conversations are clear and understandable in almost any situation.
