Zebra has informed us of an adjustment to the list prices for selected SKUs of the TC22/TC27 product family and selected ribbons. The adjustment includes price reductions of approximately 9% for the TC22/TC27 mobile terminals and price increases of approximately 4 to 5% for the ribbons. Both adjustments will take effect on the 27^th of October 2025.

Here is a breakdown of the relevant information for you:

• The old list prices apply to all orders shipped until and including the 26^th of October 2025.
• The new list prices apply to all new orders as of the 27^th of October 2025.
• Open orders will be recalculated on the 27^th of October 2025 and will receive a new order confirmation.
• All special prices such as Deal Registrations, Demo Vouchers, Promotions and Supplies Custom Quotes are subject to the price adjustment as of the 27^th of October 2025.
• Price Concessions will remain valid until their respective expiry date.
